Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the apps published by Kouki ("we", "us"), including ChangeRate, handle information when you use them. We built these apps to work with as little data as possible, and we do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use them.

Location information

ChangeRate uses your device's location, with your permission, to automatically detect the local currency for conversion. This location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server we control. You can deny or revoke location access at any time in your device settings; the app will still work, but you will need to select a currency manually.

Advertising

ChangeRate is supported by advertising. To show ads, the app includes a third-party advertising SDK, which may collect and use technical data such as your device's advertising identifier, general device information, and approximate location for the purpose of ad delivery, personalization, and measurement. This data is collected and processed by the advertising provider under its own privacy policy, not by us directly. You can opt out of personalized advertising and reset your advertising identifier from your device's system settings.

Information we do not collect

• We do not require or collect your name, email address, or any account credentials.
• We do not operate any backend server that stores your conversion history, location, or usage data.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our apps change. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
